XBOX 360 Controller HELP

I don't know if my mic is working
I don't think people can hear me
I DON'T KNOW HOW TO EVEN USE IT . LOL.

Do I have to press a button whilst talking
Does the switch thingy need to be switched in the green side or orange side

Switch the mic to green then talk.

Yeah, the little switch thing on the wire needs to be slid so you can see a bit of green. :)

The middle thing make sure it's not muted and turn the volume up.
