It would work but you wont get any good FPS cos the graphics card is crap.

oh sorry, didn't read it properly.
You will be able to play it, but it wont be at its full potential.
512MB ram is not great, nor is your graphics card fantastic, however 2.8Ghz Intel Celeron isn't too shabby for playing WoW.
It would run, but it would not run great.
