how is this insulting?

someone makes a thread sayin they've ordered a N95.
someone replies "ordered a what?"
then i jokingly said it was a phone not a bum vibrator.
how is this insulting? it's not like it's a personal attack on someone. mattgarner wants to stop holding a grudge giving me infractions ever since i said he was obsessed with someone. tut tut.

And you only got cautioned for such obvious rule breaking, should be banned imho.

infraction yeh. i never seem to get warnings. there are other people postin 'bout somethin like i said and 'cause the guy i said it to doesn't like me he either reported it. or the person that infracted me doesn't seem to like me neither so yeah. it's gettin annoyin.

Unless using sarcasm is against the forum rules, that Mod must definitely have a grudge against you. It's not exactly the most friendliest of posts but it's most surely not an infraction-worthy post. Well I don't think it is anyway.

i have 3 infractions from him since the first of december and before that we had no problem. I made a little comment on how he's always viewing the threads one member makes and ever since he seems to dislike me, he even infracted me & moved the Scottish & English thread we were 'debating ;)' in to get it checked out. it's unfair as i'm not the only one who has said it. Some mods/smods need to grow up imo and become more professional, just 'cause you don't like somebody doesn't mean you have to infract them.

I understand it's fustrating to get an infraction that you think is frivolous, but if you report the infraction it will be accessed by a Super Moderator (different to the one who infractioned you, if it was a Super Moderator) so there wont be a biased opinion.
