You could try taking it back to where you got it but I doubt they would exchange it. Worth a try though.
Towel trick never worked for a mate of mine, he was rather gutted. Shame about time of year too!
Just try and send it back as quick as possible. I got rrod the other day aswell, getting a tele for christmas aswell. You should have it back in 2 weeks
Aye I sent it back with the box and everything it came with, but alas no reciept. They said they wont fix it for free now ;(
