Yup, it's just a scripted pet. You see them now and again, years ago they were everywhere but majority of them were deleted by staff.
They come in lots of different colours (commonly bright red, green, blue and black) or multi-coloured, which are more rare to see.
but notice in that room the person has ALL the dragons hmm
notice how that is possible
