Can I borrow someone's rapidshare premium, I want to download a movie and rapidshare is only letting me do it at 90kb/s. +rep if I can.

No it actually tells him that with out a Rapidshare account he is going to get a rather slow download rate unlike if he had a Rapidshare account he would get faster download speeds as he would be a priority downloader.

I'm sure Rapidshare is host to many legal things as well. You shouldn't assume :P.

Movie, i doubt they have contracts with money companies to host their movies imho :P
