Just installed it on my laptop.
The login screen has changed, the layouts for popups etc.. have changed and there are some nice UI tweaks.

i installed it then signed it everytime i sign in "Windows Live Communications Platform has stopped working" only option is to close >_>
now it wont even install the old ******* version
