Which is the best proxy to use?

Not a site, but a script like PHProxy...

Is there anymore Proxy scripts.

Also is it possible to get a proxy unblocked from a school server?

Depends on your schools server software, some schools block any website with the word "proxy" or "proxie" in it. Your best bet is to create your own proxy on some free web hosting and try to use that.
