Well, I'm sorry but anyone could do that, it's quite poor and it doesn't look like Hiro at all, 2/10.
Try and create the alteration yourself instead of just editing a habbo.

if this is ur first then i envy you my first alt was a front-on habbo that on reflection looked crap. but this hasnt been alted much but i think you have alot of potential. 5/10 for the alt (ive seen alot worse) and keep on going
