Romantique clock

Why does this clock cost so much compared to the other romantique furni? and is it rare etc...

romantique furni got released in catalogue as a collection, the clock was released as a rare i think (not sure tho, cant remember)

It was released because Callie (?) stumbled upon it while looking through an attic or something. Unlike the romantique chairs,etc. It was released only once and not like a mood swing that comes when they feel like it :)
