how do i fall asleep early anyone got any tips??

i wanna wake up early to go on my iphone n have a mooch on fallout3

walk in your room
look at bed
pull over the bed thing on the bed
get on the bed
lye ( however you spell it ) on your backside
close your eyes
put your head on the pillow

yeh but his achievement was to FALL ASLEEP EARLY any one can go to bed early
