Any way to stop it freezing all the time?

Or if I try to do a video call on MSN it freezes straight away.

My old laptop did this, have you got an acer by any chance?

Only thing i could suggest is google the problem see if anybody has a solution.

What type of webcam is it? Sometimes cheap ones do this.
I'd recommend buying a better one.
