Need a fansite layout made and coded :)

Hey there, I have reccently made a habbo fansite under the domain name - www.habulous.com I have a layout up at the moment that I think I did something to to make it all diff fonts etc, I had someone try and fix it and they said there is no way to fix it... But I would really like a completley new layout made and coded... It must have a Dj Box, Navigation Bar(home community radio goodies), News Box, and a general/main content box. Any matching colours are good like blue,black and white
