You need to complete this two quests before you can do horror from the deep

Quests: The Barcrawl from the Scorpion Catcher Quest must be completed.

I Can start this quest by speaking to Larrissa at te lighthouse to the north of the barbarian outpost
To complete this quest i need:
lvl 35 agility
lvl 13 or higher mage will be an advantage
i must also be abe to defeat strong lvl 100 enemies
