This week's forum updates include:
- Updates to the FAQs
- Removal of ClubTropica profile field
- New prefixes
- Renaming of "Mobile Devices" forum
There have also been some ammendments to the stickies at the top of the feedback forum to make more space for active threads.
There is now a shiny new article about the Member Of The Month competition in the FAQs located here. It doesn't have any new juicy information in it but it saves having to type out all the terms and rules and stuff every month :P
There have also been some slight tweaks to existing articles to remove mentions of buying VIP, including a dead link to the Buy VIP page.
Since the ClubTropica project fell flat on its face and is currently begging for money outside the local closed down Woolworths, the "ClubTropica Name" profile field has been removed. If Bill Gates wanders by and gives it a large amount of change which somehow makes it popular again, the field may return.
The Mobile Devices forum has been renamed to "Portable Devices" because the word Mobile sounded too similar too mobile phone and that's all that was being talked about there. Hopefully this will broaden the discussion into mp3 players and electronic juggling balls.
There are now a few new prefixes in the console gaming forum, one for each of the consoles currently being sold and made (the PS2 is still outselling the PS3). This should help to make your thread titles more informative and help make searching easier.
