Targeting an iframe =/

How do you make it so when u click a link, it only changes the iframe and not the whole page cause i cant be bothered with the whole page just reloading over and over again "/

u make the page the same just change the iframe

Name the iFrame using the code below

Then put this HTML in your page somwere and ill links will target to the iFrame

do you know anything about websites if your using a free host it would take like a day for your site to load ;)

Yeh replace Main with the name you gave youre iframe

or just make your link <a href="URL" target="main">Home</a>
