Yeah a good manager doesn't get too noticed. He doesn't get noticed thus the lack of deserved praise as well as keeping the forum running smooth. People are dealt with appropriately, the forum is easy to navigate, nice enough atmosphere, moderators are approachable.

Yes, I have noticed that hes a very working man, yet never gets any praise. Well done Alex for keeping the forums running smoothly, with the help of Matt (lAscend) :)
