Skillcapes?

Hey,

I was just wondering 'Are all skill capes members only, including the f2p skills?' It's just I read somewhere on here that the firemaking cape was members? If yes, I'm really gutted. I thought that if you got 99 in an f2p skill, you'd get it from a f2p-NPC :(

They're members items but emotes are F2P but you need a cape to use it.

Didn't know that. Thought that if you could get in the guild you could get the cape. Gutted.

If you are a member and you're members runs out I think you can still wear the cape until you take it off, then you can't put it back on I think I'm not sure.

it is only members because the firemaking guy is in seers and you can only get there via members world .. kinda stupid really
