Cigarettes

What cigarettes do you smoke and how many do you smoke a day?

I used to smoke Lambert and Butler but now, 99% of the time I smoke Benson and Hedges Silver. Other than the fact they're not as harsh on my throat and they taste nicer and seem to satisfy my cravings as well as L&B - I love the packaging:

I tend to smoke between 5 -7 a day maximum. Sometimes more if I'm drinking.

NB - I know smoking is unhealthy and that I shouldn't do it, I don't need you to tell and that is not the intention of this thread so if you don't like smoking then just don't post here :P! In addition, please do not talk about smoking drugs as again, that is not the intention of this thread.

i smoke rollies, alot cheaper, last longer and do the same job. don't know how many i smoke a day because i never bother to count.

How exactly do you smoke metro newspapers? I have a friend who used pages from the bible as rizla when she ran out.

errr lambert and butler or richmond just depends really and i only smoke about 4 a day, i can't not have one before and after bed with a cup of tea, it's just too good :( i'm tryna quit...again

You can die from smoking normal cigarettes just as much as from smoking metro newspapers tbh, your an idiot if you got into smoking and your an idiot if you dont get out of it, you can moan all you want but the facts are there. I was just telling my mate about an hour ago (hes a firm smoker) that there are only two reasoms why you start smoking:
1: You want to look cool around your mates <--- social smoking <--- completely stupid

2: You feel that your stressed and that smoking will be the biggest reliever of your stress, totally untrue as it contains substances that increases the adrenaline in your body, blood pressure and thus making you feel more on edge than you already did. Any relief that you think your getting from it is purely psychological and the same effect could be obtained by chewing a peice of gum.

On Topic: I dont smoke cigarettes, I smoke weed occasionally and I use Golden Virginia tobacco in rollies when i do.
