Birmingham Bombed :'( ??????????

My brother came home full of ******* and he put the door window through cuase my dad knew he wud have to kill him to stop him =/. So i foned 999 and was ringing for lykzzzz 15 mins straight :o anyway my dad foned back lykkkzz 10 mins after and they answered i cant repeat wat he said =//

Anyway after that he rang back less angry and the woman said all emergency services are in birmingham :o

And Birmingham was on a bombscare, it wasn't bombed.
