first of all, it's spelt to, not too.

ok well now that's out of the way, I would suggest that you either buy loads of norms and create a few themed rooms based on anything from a dragon to a house, don't make a furni shop/trade room, since those are just awful.

I now have 87 hc's and still need ideas..
