It was announced on 5 February 2009, that Blink-182 will reunite as presenters on the 51st Grammy Awards show, which will mark the first time the trio has met on stage since December 2004.[23] However, it has not been confirmed whether or not they will be performing.

^^ so there it says they haven't even spoken about getting back together. at the grammys they are reuniting as in getting together for the first time but not as a band..
David Kennedy of Angels and Airwaves appeared to confirm on the band's Modlife that Blink-182 would be recording an album in 2009.
yeh, dunno if that's true tho
probably just have to wait and see at the grammys anyway, i hope they do.
