Cheese Toastie Fillings

Does anyone have anything in their cheese toastie? I have once had scrambled egg in and I love fried onions in it.

Anyone else have anything?

Cheese and Ham is the most exciting mine ever get.

EDIT; 2 slices of bread with cheese in the middle - toasted.

I normally have cheese & tomato or cheese & ham

(Has to be mozzerela cheese though)
