not trying to be rde or anythin but tis a bit too simple and i dislike it very much - nice try...
I actually like it for some reason.. I love everything but the footer.. and everything inside the box.
Everything inside the box looks awful.. but everything else (excluding the footer) looks good.
Looks really nice but you have to put opacity down a bit on the drop shadows.
Sorry, i dnt like it that much. Its great ye dnt get me wrong, but theres something, and im not sure what it is.

That same wood-background or one of those other mass-used wood-backgrounds with some white boxes and that it.
Sorry, everyone has his own taste right but for me this is just a background with some white boxes on it.
Advice ? try NOT to use them wooden backgrounds tbh, they're getting old...
It looks alright, but it looks similar to a tutorial I saw awhile back.
I don't really see it as a buisness layout :/
It's quite good but these kind of layouts are get repetitive. Still nice.
