actually i quite like that. bit simple but it works.

try the writing in white and bg in red

Sort out the aweful letter spacing ^_^ (i know the spacing is all the same, just doesn't look right to me), and make sure the text mode is set to smooth in photoshop, the edges look a little pixelated.

Red and white would look nice.

And like Source said - Looks a bit pixelated.

I like it, its simple and does its job.
Is it me or does the S look like it has an indented bottom and the other letters dont?

the S isnt the same width, i see what your saying. it makes the look spaced out further from the rest

hmmm, it stands out like a little umm dno but its noticable other than that its pretty nice n simple imo.
