That's right! HabboExplore Verson 3 is making it's launch tonight at 19:00 (GMT), A Day earlier than scheduled! The reason for this is because as many of you already know about, the PPL UK have requested for Habbo sites to purchase a liscence for radios. Well, they're not getting the better of HabboExplore Management and they want to show off their hard work and dedication they have put towards HabboExplore, Version 3.
