[THE BIG WEEKLY QUESTION] Who will be relegated and why?

Apeel does one for the Gaming section so I thought I'd start doing one for the Sports section. This week's question is:
Who will be relegated from your league and why?
You can also post who you think will be relegated in other leagues if you wish.
Personally for the Championship, I can see Charlton, Southampton and Forest dropping down into League 1. Charlton because they've given themselves a mountain to climb, Southampton because dispite their good form as of late I don't think they can keep it up, and finally Forest because they've had a couple of big losses lately and I think that will affect their confidence going into the "buisness" end of the season.
For the Premiership, I think that Boro, the Scum (Albion), and Stoke will go down simply because they all arn't good enough.
What are your thoughts?

18. Boro
19. Stoke
20. WBA

18. Newcastle - really hard run in.
19. Middlesbrough - Just don't think they will.
20. West Brom - They're just crap.

18. Newcastle - lack of confidence
19. Stoke - will suffer after we thrash them today
20. WBA - bless them :(

Charlton are doomed already, and Norwich and Southampton are ****.

19 - Newcastle
20 - WBA

It'd be a shock to many but I really fancy Newcastle for going down and am simply hoping Rovers do since Sam Allardyce does my head in these days.

I guess WBA are the only team certain to go down (at least realisistically). Could be virtually any other two teams in the bottom half joining them.

Why have people forgotten about Boro?
