Torchwood. Series 3

Does anyone know when Torchwood series 3 is coming out?

I know that its going to be 5 episodes of one long story played over a week and ive got suspicious of whos taking over the roles of Tosh and Owen

I've seen a trailer for it somewhere and the trailer looks really good
