My Ankle!
I was playing Badminton just a few minutes ago and I fell funny on my ankle, I think I may have sprained it because it is really sore. The worst thing is that I don't know if it will be okay in time before I go to Blackpool tomorrow :@
What's your advice you can give me? Just to rest it overnight?

Warm bath > Ice > Warm bath > Ice etc to get the muscle setting in the right place again really is all you can do also strap it up if you're going to be doing any major walking or stresses on it tomorrow :D!
