I've been reading a thread and i've noticed the user Processor has the staff colour, but his not on the staff list...
So I think it would be simply and easy to have user-bars under the staff name telling us what department they work in.

So I think it would be simply and easy to have user-bars under the staff name telling us what department they work in.
This used to be the case! It was removed from staff departments apart from super moderators/admins and General Management due to the need to be seen. It was replaced by the star system and off course if the user had VIP or now donator. It is impractical to create a usergroup for every colour to match each staff department.
It really confuses me because I have to click on the person to see what department they work for tbh
Well all staff should have their job title in the usertitle. For the user you mentioned it is likely is mix up of permissions.
Yeah, I will pm one of the management to get it sorted
