Limited Time furni... worth?

Seen some of the limited time furni, the summer set stuff like grass patch recently seen, being sold.
Grass patch - 1 HC per
Grass patch x 28 - 28 HCs
The Four Seasons Tree - 0.1 - 0.2
Some like jungle are on Habbox already
The rest im not sure of, but like All other Limited time furni will be on soon.

But what will their actual worth be?

nobody can be 100%

It's value is just what people pay for them so it depends on how much people are buying/selling them for. Personally i havent seen many people trading grass patches, they say they want to keep them until they go up in value.
