But maybeeeeee, Guy bought it off of FastUnited or the deviantart dude? That sounds like the more likely explanation.
Tbh, that one lokos alot cleaner than the tech-hosts one :L I doubt it was guy who did it...
I've seen this layout before on DeviantArt too. But I thought they had either bought it from that designer, or it was him :)
I don't rly care that it's ripped. So long as there services are kept at the standards they are now they can use microsoft's layout for all i care.

We bought our layout from a designer who used deviantart and it originally came very similar to this (ie. partners section and same bottom images). I am no longer in touch with the designer but believe if this is anything then it is the designer's deviantart account showing old work.
The layout was certainly not stolen/ripped.
Edit: fastunited.de is not even a registered domain.
