Where can i get a cursor like this?

Hey guys,

Basicaly i really want a new cursor, well its not really the cursor but its like a bubble around the cursor if you get me?

I seen some people on youtube with it, does anyone know where i could download it from for free?

I think you're referring to the ctrl click feature in Windows to find your mouse. You can enable it in Mouse/Keyboard Preferences in Control Panel.

yeah the ctrl to find curser really looks like a bubble
