One less feature when MUTED.

Don't know if its new or old but I've never seen it, a friend got muted for 10 minutes by a mod and usually you can use console right? He couldn't.

Its a new feature all right5, you normally could talk to them if they were muted

If you got muted by a mod then yeah you couldnt talk on console, if its a flood mute then you dont
