Parts of the layout are really nice, the banner needs to be redone in my opinion.

i agree the banner is horrible and their seems to be lines where they don't belong and it just doesn't look like a complete. it looks like you took a couple free layouts and put them together in a hurry.

Looks pretty decent. Id try put a curve on the corners of the top left section though. It also looks like the top of your nav bar is missing.... not sure if that was intentional or not :P aaaaaaand the disclaimer is over the plants for me :x
