Additional Information: I've bought 2 "Speaker Corners" for 2hcs, I've also have seen them going for 1 hc per, so I think at the moment "Speaker Corners" value is stabled.

Additional Information: The rare "Snow Patch" is quite popular with winter theme rooms. I have gone into Rare shops and I've seen someone selling a "Snow floor" (x28) for 28Hcs, which is actually 1hc per, so at the moment I don't think the price of "snow patchs" should be decreased or increased.
