Microsoft clearly don't fail if they've sold millions of consoles, and atleas they repair E74 (RRoD) for free, because that's the only common break down, but you must of broke your console - the disc drive or whatever and obviously they're asking for payment because it's not free to fix so I guess that means they fail, okay..
No josh they said i put in illegal discs. Which i dont own, And they have voided my warrenty and returned my xbox non useable not how it was when i sent it off.
Like it took 5 mins to start up before i sent it off.
When i get it back it flashes 2 red lights at me on top then bottom.
Doesnt work at all.
So yes they do fail.
If they're saying that then why don't you try open it up and repair it yourself if it's voided, there's plenty of YouTube videos that'll help.
