there should be a option on runescape where u can only acess yuor account and change your password on ip address what you choose so people whould get hacked alot less maybe even not at all?

That's a good idea but some people don't have static IPs.
Also some people like to play at LAN parties.
That could work, on more than just Runescape but on Habbo as well. But what if you had to change your IP address or got a new computer or was away from home for awhile?
its optional u will have a choice if u want 2 do it all not :)
