What time is OS3 avalible

What time is OS3 avalible. I thought it would be realsed by now

Apparently 6pm our time, Apple go by Californian time babes.

still waiting for it, nothing.

It's out, a few people on Twitter are downloading it.

Just to cofirm, the build numbers are the same as those on Rapidshare over at places like WBB.

Right it says it's gonna take another 70 minutes to download, 50.3mb downloaded so far of 230mb, anyone else havin slow download troubles?
