I personally think it would look good for a FLASH layout with loads of different effects lol :P
What you think? Hvae been working on it for around an hour or two

it's definitely different.
i think the colours are too bright.
but i like it. :)

I like it. Bright, colourful and clean. Stands out and would make a great portfilo. Good work. +rep

Also I would make it flash only if it kept moving, otherwise you could just use JS

Yeah suppose :P But sum1 sed on CH, would be gd for DOM and DRAG :)

It looks great.
Bright colors made it stand out; making the Sun brighter would then cause the page to hurt your eyes more than it already does due to the colors. :)
Once again, it's goooooood.
