i'm going to be doing them on a skiller though and don't want to get any levels (combat wise).
does anyone know the 20-30M 99 crafting method?

You're getting 99 crafting by spinning bow string? That's mad. You could get it in like three months if you spun 10k a day but thats just inhuman.
