I think you will have to download a program.
I recommend using Vuze, I use it, and it is 100% safe :)

I been on that already, don't work.
I don't need that, I already downloaded instrumentals ;)
Personally I found Internet Download Manager to be the best, the problem is it's very awkward to use as it tries to download everything and you have to do stuff before it'll let you listen to the tracks on myspace.
