Norwegian news! Big competition ongoing!
Information
This is a "design-a-group"-competition that is ongoing at the Norwegian Habbo hotel (Habbo.no) at this moment. This is in reality a competition meant for the Habbos of the Norwegian hotel, but we know that there are so many talented designers out there therefore we'd like to invite you to participate as well.
The competition rewards will of course only be handed out to a Habbo that is registered at the Norwegian hotel, but we still believe that there are a lot of Habbos from other hotels that would like the chance to participate in something like this.
The competition:
Are you creative? Are you a master (or just good) at pixel art/designing? Do you accept all kinds of people, no matter whom or what they are? Then this may be something for you!
The group GLBT Pride was first established in January 08. GLBT Pride is a group about openness, understanding and support. Our goal with this group is to create a community where people are more accepting and understanding about what it means to be gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered. We really want the hotel to become a place where everyone can be themselves, a hundred percent. The 27th of May 2008, we (officially) started to co-operate with Habbo Staff. Ever since that day, the group has made a great impact on the community within the hotel. There are almost 10,000 members/supporters that are in the group!
When QueenSibidi (the former Hotel Manager of Habbo.no) retired, we were forced to create a new group page, as the previous group page was under her sway. A new group is now organized, but now we need your help to get this party started!
We need a fresh, new designed background and maybe YOU will be looking at the Official GLBT Pride Group and saying hey, I did that!. In this competition, you will have to be able to do a little more than just playing around with stickers. As mentioned, you are going to create a background, the same kind of background as you can find on official groups, event groups, etc.

Practical information
Your background should be: 928px Χ 1360px.
The background theme is quite obvious GLBT Pride.
In this background you also have to include space for text/sticky notes, because of the fact that we have to add some information and stuff. Ergo, you are going to design sticky notes onto the background. How these notes are going to look like are you the one to decide, but there HAS to be space for the text written on slips on this group page. You also have to include space for the guest book and a billboard (that will be used for latest news etc.)
Whether you want to create a celestial march or anything else is completely up to you to figure out you are the artist, and you are quite unbridled. Now, please turn your creative aerial on and get started!

The competition ends Friday July 31th. The winner will be chosen during the upcoming week.
