Either your domain name, or 30mb.com will be the host.
I tried them and it didnt work
http://sawhosting.com I believe.

It will say the FTP host in your hosting control panel won't it? It usually does.
It could be ftp://30mb.com
Host should be either: 'ftp.30mb.co.uk', 'yoursubdomain.30mb.co.uk' or your domain.
And make sure the port is 21, not 22.
