Some people have the problem (because they have deleted then added music) of duplicates.
When they search for something on Sam 4, it comes up with 2 of the same song, one works and one doesn't.
It's easy to get past this. Go to Tools -> Maintenance -> Verify Songs
Then obviously click yes and it will sort your songs. Do this whenever you have duplicates.
