if you have a picture of you + her then get it printed off somewhere, theres loads of places where you can print pics off from your phone or camera etc.. and get a nice frame with like best mom on or somethink:)
Get one of them massive 1L wine glasses and a couple of bottles of nice wine and choclits for her :P
