i've contacted http://www.teen-matters.com/home.htm but i am waiting for a reply and 2 of my m8s saw what happened and they said nothing

Thats pretty sad.
I've personally never been builied before so i don't know what to do and stuff. But the best way to get rid off a bully is supposedly to manage to beat them in a fight or tell someone.
