What do you think of Wacky weekends week 2 rare?

So whats your opinion on week two of the wacky weekend Rare bundle? (Jade Dragon Lamp).
And what do you think is the next wacky weekend rare? (Week 3).

Is there only 1 Rare in all 3 Bundles?, i cant see the rare images on my cata so i dont know what they are lol
