very nice for your first. But i'd make the grey at the bottem more darkish for my liking :D

That's quite nice, glad you fixed the 'Qick links' bit before somebody pointed it out..

The two lime green boxes on the header look a bit out of place?

Quite a nice template. The brown and green stick out for me but its still very good!
