How to unlock sony ericsson C902?

I don't really think you can unlock it for free. Just take it too the shop, but if you do unlock it with them, you'll waurantree will most probably run out.

i found a pice of software but i dont know how to use it...
it says

connect via usb and press and hold 2-5 :|

i have done it but i cant get it to work, it just stops there :S

Well, firstly, It may be a fake peice of software? Or created by a random person that intentionlly doesn't work. Where did you find the software for it?

Hmm, well then im not sure. Just keep fiddling around with the software, and try and figure it out. If not, then you'll have no choice but to ask the shop, but like I said, you will lost the waurentree.
